Return Policy
YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM THE DAY THE ITEM IS DELIVERED. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM, WE WILL INSPECT IT AND NOTIFY YOU VIA THE CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED DURING YOUR PURCHASE. WE WILL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY YOU ON THE STATUS OF YOUR REFUND AFTER INSPECTING THE ITEM.
IF YOUR REFUND IS APPROVED, WE WILL INITIATE A REFUND TO YOUR CREDIT CARD (OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT). YOU WILL RECEIVE THE CREDIT WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, DEPENDING ON YOUR CARD ISSUER'S POLICIES.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
IF AN ITEM HAS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT, OR BREAKS WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH OF USE, CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE PRODUCT FAILED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FREE REPLACEMENT OF YOUR ITEM. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT ITEMS ARE HANDMADE AND THUS, MIGHT BE SOLD OUT. IF THAT IS THE CASE, TIME SHOULD BE ALLOWED FOR A REPLACEMENT TO BE MADE. IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT SOME CUSTOM ORDERS MIGHT NOT ALWAYS BE POSSIBLE TO REPLACE AS THEY MIGHT BE ONE OF A KIND.
